Your Eco Plan (YEP) is a nonprofit organization committed to environmental restoration and biodiversity, on a mission to generate a positive impact for the planet and its people through the lens of the advertising industry.

The UNEP's "State of Finance for Nature" report highlights an $8.1 trillion need for global nature restoration by 2050, with a $4.1 trillion funding shortfall threatening to reduce global economic output by 10% annually due to biodiversity and natural resource degradation.
YEP aims to bridge this gap by simplifying the process for companies to set and uphold Planet Positive pledges, driving environmental actions and supporting crucial environmental restoration and biodiversity projects.

Maíra Barcellos

Maira Barcellos played a pivotal role in the launch, development, and consolidation of several companies in Brazil, notably Expedia, Inc., where she spearheaded the opening of the Hotels.com platform operation.
Additionally, she contributed significantly to the consolidation of the B2C operation of Meliá International hotels. Her expertise and leadership were further demonstrated when she took on the responsibility of reopening the Measurement business unit in Spain and Portugal at Nielsen, where she drove strategic initiatives and fostered growth within the region.
Maira's proactive approach and dedication to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry. Holding master's degrees from prestigious universities, as well as certifications from Cambridge, UNITAR and the ADBL, she advises organizations to prioritize eco-friendly revenue streams. Maira's advocacy for innovative, environmentally conscious solutions re ects her belief in collaboration, diversity, and inclusion as drivers of a greener, more prosperous future.

Beyond his commercial achievements, Luca is deeply dedicated to environmental conservation. He channels his energy into impactful restoration projects, motivated by meaningful encounters and a strong belief in creating enduring positive change.

Since 2020, Fabio has embraced new roles as a Business Angel, Advisor for third sector organizations, and Independent Consultant, leveraging his extensive experience to drive impactful business growth worldwide.
